These Terms and Conditions apply when you access the MuhayminLabs website, contact Abdul Muhaymin, book a consultation, or engage with content, demos, proposals, or AI automation services offered through this website. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
Services
MuhayminLabs provides AI automation strategy, consultation, workflow design, implementation, and related business automation services. Any paid project, delivery timeline, pricing, refund term, ownership term, or support scope must be confirmed in a separate written proposal, invoice, statement of work, or signed agreement.
Consultations and Proposals
Free audits, discovery calls, demos, or estimates are provided for informational purposes. They do not create a client relationship or guarantee that a particular automation, result, revenue increase, cost saving, booking rate, or response rate will occur.
Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate business, workflow, platform, and access information.
- Review automation logic, AI responses, integrations, and customer-facing messages before launch.
- Maintain required accounts, subscriptions, platform permissions, and legal approvals.
- Use all deliverables in compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, and customer consent requirements.
AI and Automation Limits
AI systems can make mistakes, misunderstand context, or produce unexpected outputs. You are responsible for reviewing, supervising, and approving automations before relying on them in live business operations. AI output should not be treated as legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
Third-Party Platforms
Automations may rely on third-party tools such as WhatsApp, Calendly, CRMs, email providers, hosting providers, AI model providers, payment tools, analytics tools, or other software. We are not responsible for outages, pricing changes, policy changes, data handling, or feature limitations controlled by third-party platforms.
Payments and Refunds
Fees, payment schedules, refund windows, subscriptions, deposits, and cancellation terms are handled through the relevant proposal, invoice, or project agreement. Unless a written agreement says otherwise, paid work begins after required payment and onboarding materials are received.
Intellectual Property
The MuhayminLabs website, brand assets, copy, design, demos, and internal methods are owned by Abdul Muhaymin or used with permission. Client-specific deliverables are governed by the applicable project agreement. You may not copy, resell, or misrepresent website content or demo materials without permission.
Confidentiality
Business information shared for a consultation or project will be handled with reasonable care. A separate written agreement may include more detailed confidentiality, data handling, and access control terms for paid implementation work.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the website or services, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with security, submit harmful content, violate platform rules, or use automations for spam, fraud, harassment, unlawful discrimination, or illegal activity.
